Victory Day 1971 is the highest honor for Indians. During the Indo-Pak war of 1971

, the Indian Army surrendered 93,000 Pakistani soldiers with arms in just 12 days, protecting millions of Pakistani people, girls and women. Retired Col. Bisan Das expressed this view at a function held on the occasion of Indian Army’s Sanadan Vijay Diwas at Green Well High School Chahal Quarters and said that the job of the Army is the best. In which many facilities are available and the retired soldier is given a job by the government on priority basis and also gets two pensions. Mr. Kaka Ram Verma Retired District Training Officer Red Cross and Chief Trainer of First Aid Health Safety Mission said that the birth of Red Cross also started with the service of Bhai Ghanya Ji and the first aid and care of Sir Jean Henry Duna Ji’s Foggia. He lauded the initiative of the children and staff of Greenwell School who are celebrating every National Honors Day and raising awareness among the children. School Director Mrs. Manju thanked Colonel Bisan Das and Mr. Kaka Ram Verma and said that we should always think and consider that our country is giving everything to the mother earth, government, parents, teachers, environment, farmers, young workers and the constitution. We must also contribute to the prosperity of our country, land, laws, principles, manners and the protection of others. The school paid special tributes to Col. Bisan Das and Mr. Kaka Ram Verma who despite their retirement have been working tirelessly for the betterment of the society, environment and awareness of the remaining youth without any greed or selfishness.
